What data we process

Data you give us. When you contact us by email or telephone, or through the contact details published on this site, we process your name, email address, telephone number, company and the content of your message.

Technical data. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp) for security and availability purposes. These logs are not used to profile you.

We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16 through this website.

03

Why we process it, and on what legal basis

To answer enquiries and prepare proposals — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps at your request).

To manage client projects and meet accounting and tax obligations — Art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(c) GDPR.

To keep the website secure and operational — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in a functioning, non-abused service).

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.

04

Cookies and similar technologies

This website does not use cookies for analytics, advertising or tracking, and sets no third-party cookies. No consent banner is therefore displayed, in line with Art. 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive as transposed by Art. 5 of Portuguese Law no. 41/2004.

The site may use strictly necessary browser storage (for example, to remember that you have closed the navigation menu). Such storage is exempt from the consent requirement because it is essential to deliver the service you requested.

Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address in order to serve the font files. No cookie is set by this request. If this concerns you, browser-level font blocking or a privacy extension will prevent it. Should we ever introduce analytics or marketing cookies, we will implement a prior-consent mechanism and update this notice before doing so.

05

Who we share data with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with processors acting on our documented instructions: our website hosting and email providers, and our certified accountant, each bound by a written processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR.

Where a processor is located outside the European Economic Area, transfers are made under the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

We may also disclose data where required by law or by a competent authority, court or regulator.

06

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a project: up to 24 months from the last contact. Client project records: for the duration of the engagement and 10 years thereafter, as required by Portuguese accounting and tax law. Server logs: up to 12 months.

07

Your rights

You have the right to request access to your personal data, and its rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or portability, and to object to processing based on our legitimate interests. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.

To exercise any of these rights, write to geral@3dhelps.pt. We respond within one month.

If you believe your data has been mishandled, you may lodge a complaint with the Portuguese supervisory authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD), Av. D. Carlos I, 134 — 1.º, 1200-651 Lisboa.

08

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encrypted transport (HTTPS), access control and regular backups.

We may update this notice to reflect changes in our practices or in the law. The current version is always published at this address, with the date of the last revision shown above.
